Reiki and therapy are complementary practices, each with their own unique benefits. Reiki is not a substitute for therapy, and therapy does not replace the benefits of Reiki. Clients engaging in Reiki sessions should understand that these sessions are solely focused on energy healing and spiritual counsel and do not constitute psychological therapy or diagnosis in any way.

As an educator and an advocate, my expertise spans across a variety of realms—substance use disorders, spiritual exploration, trauma recovery, my queer siblings, and nurturing resilient relationships. A dedicated focus on intimate partner violence, sexual trauma, and co-dependency, I embody the privilege to stand up as a guide and an ally. We will overcome any and everything together.
I aspire to be more than an advocate; it's a heartfelt dedication to empowering individuals to reach for their most audacious dreams!
I am also exceptionally interested in providing a role in spiritual spaces through retreats and expert panels.
